
My friend from work recently let me in on his secret burger recipe. It's pretty busy: cumin, mustard seed, peaches, etc.--there's alot going on. I avoid the trappings of exotic ingredients on burgers and bar food, in general. I tend to eat a more traditional burg with normal accoutrements (tomato, onion, lettuce), however, this burger worked for me. Although, I think it would work best as appetizer.
